Their Support is above reproach and following are some of the support and services that you will receive:

Site selection is an important element in the success of your Mr. Goodcents® Subs and Pastas Restaurant.  As a Mr. Goodcents® Subs and Pastas franchisee you are required to use development advisory services that provide assistance in locating the site(s) for your restaurant(s); negotiating a lease for the site of your restaurant and coordinates construction and development of your restaurant.

Owner Operator Training
The Mr. Goodcents® Subs and Pastas training program consists of classes conducted at the Mr. Goodcents R&D and Training Facility or at other designated locations with on-the-job training furnished at one of Mr. Goodcents' restaurants. The Mr. Goodcents training program is scheduled for approximately 30 days.  The training includes instruction relating to the operation of the restaurant, understanding the equipment and product usage, costs and cash control, customer service, marketing and sales programs, accountability for sales and marketing, employee scheduling and methods of controlling operational costs.

Small Business Procedures Outlined
A Business Basics Manual is provided defining pre-opening procedures for the following areas:

- Legal
- Accounting
- Banking
- Insurance
- Business Entity


Approved National Suppliers: All Mr. Goodcents products are approved by Mr. Goodcents Franchise Systems, Inc.

Product Research and Development
Quality Control and test panels are utilized in the continuing research for quality products of the highest standard.

Operations and Training Manual
Sets Operational Standards for:

Post Opening Follow Up
Regular Operational visits from your Brand Advisor. Each franchisee in the Mr. Goodcents System is assigned a Brand Advisor.

Area Development Program:

Mr. Goodcents® Subs and Pastas offers an opportunity that can't be found with any other QSR Concept. Our Area Development Program allows an individual, husband/wife team, partners or a company to develop as many restaurants as they like in an exclusive area. This exclusive area is protected, which means no other developers can develop Mr. Goodcents Restaurant(s) within the exclusive area throughout the time of the development schedule.

Area Development Opportunities are available in each and every market and can be all shapes and sizes. There are many choices within the Area Development Program. Mr. Goodcents offers the opportunity for a smaller development (3 - 5 restaurants) or a larger development - an entire city or even an entire state!

Franchise or Business Opportunity?

Business opportunities are less structured than franchises, so the definition of what constitutes a business opportunity isn't easy to pin down. In essence, a business opportunity is any package of goods or services that enables the purchaser to begin a business and in which the seller represents that it will provide a marketing or sales plan, that a market exists for the product or service, and that the venture will be profitable.

Here are other key factors:

  • A business opportunity doesn't generally feature the seller's trademark; buyers operate under his or her own name.
  • Business opportunities tend to be less expensive than franchises and generally don't charge ongoing royalty fees.
  • Business opportunities allow buyers to proceed with no restrictions as to geographic market and operations.
  • Most business opportunity ventures have no continuing supportive relationship between the seller and the buyer; after the initial package is sold, buyers are on their own.
