Site selection is an important element in the success of your Mr. Goodcents® Subs and Pastas Restaurant. As a Mr. Goodcents® Subs and Pastas franchisee you are required to use development advisory services that provide assistance in locating the site(s) for your restaurant(s); negotiating a lease for the site of your restaurant and coordinates construction and development of your restaurant.
Owner Operator Training
The Mr. Goodcents® Subs and Pastas training program consists of classes conducted at the Mr. Goodcents R&D and Training Facility or at other designated locations with on-the-job training furnished at one of Mr. Goodcents' restaurants. The Mr. Goodcents training program is scheduled for approximately 30 days. The training includes instruction relating to the operation of the restaurant, understanding the equipment and product usage, costs and cash control, customer service, marketing and sales programs, accountability for sales and marketing, employee scheduling and methods of controlling operational costs.
Small Business Procedures Outlined
A Business Basics Manual is provided defining pre-opening procedures for the following areas:

- Accounting
- Banking
- Insurance
- Business Entity
Approved National Suppliers: All Mr. Goodcents products are approved by Mr. Goodcents Franchise Systems, Inc.
Product Research and Development
